We were unable to charge your card for the invoice. Therefore, the invoice is sent to your online bank, and the next issued invoice will be charged to your card.
If we fail to charge your credit card three times, the payment method is canceled, and the claim is sent to your online bank. If you want the claim to continue being charged to your credit card, you need to register the payment method again.
No, it cannot. Existing invoices cannot be charged to the credit card. You need to pay the invoice in your online bank. The next issued invoice will be charged to the card.

Direct debits are registered with your bank, not with Veitur. You need to contact your bank regarding direct debits.
