Yes, interests are always added to the amount as well as extra cost for the reminding letters you receive. If you do not pay the bills it will lead to the shutting down of electricity and/or hot water and this can be very costly for the customers. Here you can see the costs (only in Icelandic). Please contact us on our live chat if you need assistance or explanation.
One bill is for part of your payment plan, but the other one is your monthly bill from Veitur. You will receive two bills as long as you are paying according to the payment plan.
Please note that additional costs are added to the bill in every step below.
Please note that if newer bills have not been paid you will also start receiving warning letters for them.
