Sólrún Kristjánsdóttir
Completed a BA degree in pedagogy and education from the University of Iceland in 1998 and a master's degree in management and strategic planning from the same school in 2004. She started working at HR in 2004, was in charge of career development since 2006 and HR manager since 2012. Previously Sólrún worked as a teacher and as a counselor at Stuðlar, the government's treatment center for teenagers. Sólrún previously held the position of Executive Director of Human Resources and Culture.
Jón Trausti Kárason

Jóhannes Þorleiksson
Manager, holds an M.Sc degree in Electrical Engineering from Chalmers Tekniska Högskola in Sweden. He previously worked as Managing Director of Norconsult in Iceland.
Brynja Ragnarsdóttir
Brynja has an M.Sc. degree in operational engineering from Danmarks Tekniske Universitet and a B.Sc. degree in industrial engineering from the University of Iceland. She previously worked at Össur as a process manager. She also worked at Novo Nordisk in Copenhagen, where she held various positions in finance and production.
Pétur Krogh Ólafsson
Pétur has an MA degree in literature and a Bachelor degree in history. Pétur previously worked as an assistant to the Mayor of Reykjavík.
