  • Are the radiators cold?

    • Warm water: A common cause is a leak in the snow melting system. Contact a plumber if the snow melting system is privately owned, otherwise contact the relevant municipality.
    • Sewer/drainage pipes: Is it within the property boundary or outside the property boundary?
