  • Everyone has left the construction site, and the paving is poor.

At the end of construction, a process called surface finishing takes place. Sometimes there is a delay, and in the meantime, a temporary solution called cold mix asphalt is used to ensure the safety of pedestrians and vehicles. Sometimes an X is painted on the spot, indicating that the surface finish is temporary. The cold mix will be removed, and Veitur will properly finish the surface when possible.
