If you are transferring residences to a new user taking over as payer of the stated measures, you are informed to notify us at the right time. Here is information on what to consider when switching users. Please fill out the registration form below. Attention is drawn to the fact that all electricity users must have a contract with the electricity supplier for the purchase of electricity.
The transferring residences form is temporarily unavailable due to an update
We are working to restore the service as soon as possible. In the meantime, you may submit a request for a change of user via our contact form. To process the change, please provide the following information:
- National ID number (kennitala) of the current user
- Meter number
- Meter reading (Please note that the reading must be taken on the same day the change of user is reported. If a smart meter is in use, a meter reading is not required.)
- National ID number (kennitala) of the new user
- Contact details for the new user (phone number and email address)
